concave horizontal jig

I am looking for some help finding a jig. It is a jig with a horizontal hook with a concave shaped body and the eye located perpendicular to the body. I cannot remember who made it but I can't find it in a store anywhere. I used to buy them at Fleet Farm but it's been a few years. I'm hoping one of you out there knows a place to buy them.

do you have a picture of one? even if its beatup it might help to identify it.

Sounds a little lick a Lindy slick jig. I know the slick jig is relatively new.

Lundeens in Onamia and Tutts in Garrison have them....not sure of the brand???
