Walleyehooker Posted December 21, 2012 Share Posted December 21, 2012 This is an egg dish I make for breakfast16 hard boiled eggs peeled and sliced2 cup of white sauce3/4 cup of grated jack cheese3/4 cup of cheddar cheese1/2 cup of medium onion dicedBreakfast sausage (optional)White sauce1/4 cup of butter1/4 cup of flour2 cup of milkMelt butter and add flour and stir. simmer for 2 minutes while stiring.Stir milk while adding and heat for 4-5 minutes. Add jack cheese and onion and cook for 2 minutes.Put some cheese sauce in a greased casserole dish,just enough to cover bottom. Then a layer of sliced eggs. Then sausage if used. Keep layering till you have just enough cheese sauce for top. Sprinkle on cheddar cheese and bake for a half hour at 350 or till heated threw. Ill be makeing this Xmas morning so Ill try to post a picture. I make it the night before and then refridgerate it and heat it in the morning.Takes a little longer to heat after its cooled.
