I just bought a Strikemaster Electra Lazer. I hooked up the wall charger and the charger indicator light came on red. The manual says it will go red when you first plug it in, then go yellow while charging, then green when fully charged. It stays red. Anybody with the same auger experienced this? Any thoughts appreciated.

No phone number for Strikemaster customer service on their HSOforum, just an online form to fill out. Hope they reply.

Take the battery out and try to charge it on your Vex charger to see if it's the battery or the charger.

It's easy to remove them from their battery compartment. Also get a volt meter to check the battery and the charger to see if it is charging properly.
