LX-7 Battery Life

can someone tell me what the battery life of an LX-7 is typically? Also, is there a big difference between this unit and the LX-6 with regards to battery life?

Lasts all day easily, can't say beyond that since I recharge mine every night...

easily 12+ hours iv always charged mine every night also so idk if it will do 2 days in a row but all day and still says half on the battery life

I've had mine last 2 +days while fishing on lake of the woods in a sleeper house. i did not have it running constantly (nap or 2 in there) but it definitely got a work out. I cant speak as a comparison to an LX6 as its new this year but i was happy with the battery life. you will easily get a full days use and never have to worry about the battery going dead.

I started mine at 2:30 tuesday in demo mode to cycle the battery, let it run till dead, 11:43 wed night it finally shut off.

I ran it two full days fishing on LOW last winter and didint have to charge it....the battery's last longer in this than my fl22 did.

My LX-7 gets about a day and 3/4, or about 14-16 hours of constant use on a battery. I haven't been around a LX-6 yet, so I can't help ya there.

i used my new lx 7 on red last wknd in portable.. 12 hours of use battery started at 13.6v and after 12 hours it was 12.4... i think thats pretty respectable considering the big lcd screen.. i plan on giving it the true test this wknd!
