aczr2k
Does anyone know what size of the return fuel line that runs from the carb to the fuel tank? I think it's 3mm x 5mm? I know for a fact its metric because it was a pain to get last time. The incorrect size won't seal in the tank grommet. I've replaced this one before and can't remember the size and my auger is up north...yes I forgot to take the old line off. This time I'm going to buy a couple feet of it. Thanks.. aczr2k
Thanks, I was pretty sure that was it. Looks like I'll be ordering online as well. I'm all for buying local, but if I have to look up the part number and have them order it I might as well order it myself. I don't understand how you can sell Tanaka power tools and not carry any fuel line? From what I see in the parts book they all use the same diameter line. I even went to where I ordered it from last time, this time they didn't even want to order it for me. So much for Tanaka customer support in the St. Cloud area...completely worthless!I'll post back with where I ordered from and the part numbers for the line and the grommet. Everyone with a nils will neeed these, since the fuel line gets hard and tears the grommet into the tank.
