walleyewess
Im looking for a good walleye jigging rod. I normaly just fish for crappies but I would like to get into walleye fishing this winter. the little bit of walleye fishing I did do last winter I used a light action rod with 4 pound mono line. I would like to get a little heavery rod unless its not needed. I was thinking of going up to a medium action rod with 6 pound line. Any suggestions? Esox_Magnum
Most my eyes are caught on a light action TB rod and 4# test, I do run a couple combo's in the Med action and 6# to. Either choice is fine.... My best eye last year was 8# on the TB rod..
Marcus Taplin
I just got a new Tuned Up Custom Rod 32'' Split Grip and I am really impressed with it.

TB Perch Sweetheart2. DH Perch Pounder3. TUC Precision IceMake sure you add REC guides to them custom rods.If custom rods arent in your budget look at the TFO hardwater rod series, or St. Croix premier blues.
