If the panel has been replaced it should have been inspected as per the state guidelines. Period. Anytime there is a major rework of the system the system is supposed to get inspected. Re read my second posting. Even if your area is not loaded with electrical inspectors, you can still get it inspected.

I work at an appliance store. Every once in a while we get a call from someone whose refrgerator isn't working and find out they put a GFCI in the circuit the refrigerator is on. Some refrigerators will pop the GFCI.
