I'm deer hunting for the first time in WI this year. Went to buy my tag today and was told my license was half price because it was my first time purchasing one.

Great idea to get people introduced to hunting in the state.

You're probably right!

It would not have bothered me to pay the $160 fee but i'm not complaining about it being half that. Gives me more money to spend at the local bars, restaurants and gas stations.
