Need Firewood Source Recommendation

Hey guys, I am looking for some firewood for my indoor fireplace. I looked on hsolist and there about 1000 people out there selling firewood. I am looking for a mix of hardwoods, not all oak. Fireplace cord. I live in Minnetonka.

If you have any recomendations, that would be great. Thanks for the help.

There are quite a few firewood places that deliver cords in the Twin Cities, such as the Diamond Lake Ace Hardware. Look in the yellow pages.

Thanks for your post skunked again. I hear you on the yellow pages piece. In fact, I used another online resource that rhymes with smaigs smist that also has lots and lots of resources. I was hoping to find a resource from someone on this site that had first hand knowledge as I trust most folks from this site.

I've gone on the clist to find folks giving away firewood because they had to cut down a tree, but you usually have to buck and split the wood yourself.
