Goose Jerky help needed

A buddy of mine wants me to make him some Goose Jerky on my MES electric smoker. Have made a couple batches of Venision Jerky the past few weeks and it has turned out great but never tried Goose. Anyone have any recipies i can try???

Use whatever has already worked for you with the venison.

When i do it i take the whole breast and cut into 1/4'' strips and then maranide for 1-2 days. Then just smoke it till it's done same as venison. I use spice and slice seasoning, but you can use any kind.
