What would your plan of attack be...

Heading to a 3000 acre lake this weekend, max depth roughly 35 feet, with plenty of structure. Mid lake humps, off shore points, decent amount of bull rushes/weeds in the 8-10 foot mark. Bottom is mainly sand with plenty of muck and gravel as well.

Most likely are the walleye gonna be out deep, on the rock/gravel points, mid lake humps, the super steep breaks, or cruising the weedlines??

I have MINIMAL time for scouting due to duck and grouse hunting and want to maximize my time on the water! Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Find the breakline where the sand/rocks give way to deeper water, and troll the breakline in 4-6 feet of water clicking the bottom and the rocks w/a shallow running stickbait, like a husky jerk, etc. Good luck.

A lot of the shallow gravel/rocks have bull rushes covering them. Troll as close as possible to the bull rushes long lining stick baits or stay a ways back casting at them as to not spook the fish... The trolling motor just crapped out so we need to use the 4 stroke for any trolling.

Been seeing a lot of walleyes in less than 6 fow at night. Don't over look shoreline area even if they are just sand. Lots of minnow in those areas right now on lakes I've been on. Trolling or casting cranks is a good approach.

It's fun seeing walleyes swimming past the boat in the head lights as you're netting one you've already hooked.
