Can I replace 1 fuel injector?

Recommended Posts

Truck is an 02 Dakota with 4.7L about 85k. I just replaced the spark plugs this weekend and noticed 1 of them was wet with fuel. I'm pretty sure that means the injector is leaking. Probably the source of my extended crank time if I don't let the fuel pump prime the system before cranking. Question is, can I just replace the 1 injector? Logic tells me that I should probably do all of them as the spray pattern would be more uniform. But in reality, does that really matter?

$45 vs $360 for all 8 if I do it myself. I'd rather spend it on hunting/fishing trips.

Thanks for the responses.
