deets22 Posted October 10, 2012 Share Posted October 10, 2012 threw together a recipe for a goose breast i had tonight and it didn't turn out to bad. thought i might as well share it with people.marinade1/2 cup soy sauce1/2 cup water2 tablespoons brown sugar2 tablspoons lemon juice2 tablespoons minced garlicred pepper to tastemixed all together and marinated for about 6 hours or so i filleted the breast to 1/4 inch thickness so i could roll it up latersread1 stick cream cheeseworchestershire sauce to your likingpepper to your likinggarlic powder to your likingsauteed jalepenos and green olivesi spread the cream cheese mixture onto the breast and rolled back up. then i wrapped in a bacon weave and secured with tooth picks. grilled on low till internal temp hit 130 degrees. the family enjoyed it. alot of the ingredients are all your personal preference.
