Otter thermal flip over

I have a otter flip over house I bought last winter. I only got to use it a couple times but when I did the sled part rocked back and forth. When I leaned back in the seat the whole thing would rock back and the front popped up and there was about 3 or 4 inches gap. Then when I leaned forward it would come back down and there would be a gap under the back of the sled that you could fit a 2x4 under. I obviously can't keep it banked properly with this going on and it's uncomfortable leaning forward the whole time I'm fishing. Has anyone else had this problem or have any suggestions.

This is one of the major reasons im not impressed but my otter cabin. I replaced my rail mount seats with the universal seats they offer and it helped me get lower on the sled, but its still tippy. I wont fish out of mine if the spreader poles are in wind or no wind. Even with little to no snow last year and getting it on bare ice helped very little.

Funny because it seems like if I have this issue its because Im on uneven snow or I have ice formed on the bottom of my sled. Not often at that. Usually I can take care of the issue my moving a few feet or cleaning off the bottom/edging of my sled. Never made it to the point I couldnt/wouldnt use my Otter.

Well I set my otter up today in the basement and it doesn't seem to be rocking. It seems pretty solid actually. Where I live we didn't have enough ice last year to make a jack and coke let alone enough to fish on. So I only got to use the house one time up north and I must of had it on uneven ice when I had it set up which would definitely cause rocking.

Kinda off topic, anyway last winter one of my neighbors had bought a new shelter (Otter wild 600) he was saying the same thing, couldn't bank, etc... anyway I went over and he had the poles in the wrong order..with it flipped over the shelter only had 3-4 inches of fabric touching the floor..we got him set up right.lol
