S.D. Ice Angular
Has anyone used or tried the Carlson Choke Tubes made for Prairie Storm Ammo? How does one try various Choke Tubes without spending a ton of money? With some of these aftermarket chokes costing $50.00 each it can get very expensive to keep buying and trying different chokes.

No two guns will shoot excatly the same even with the same chokes but you should be able to get close enough to start with.Another thing I have done is sak friends that shoot the same gun and ask if I can try their choke in mine to pattern it. I also read the reviews from people that have them be it thru these forums or other waterfowling avenues.I also look for sales or clearance sales on choke tubes in the middle of spring and summer this past summer I found a carlson extended waterfowl full tube for 6 bucks Ihad to buy it for that a factory one is more than that. Gus
Why not just start with what you have? Try shooting a few different rounds with a few chokes and pattern them at your anticipated and comfortable shooting range? If it aint broke... Tator2k
I use their Black Cloud choke tubes. They make some of the best after market choke tubes that I've seen.
