Modified choke and Black Cloud BBB?

I use a regular modified choke that was an accessory to my waterfowl shotgun and I received 3 free boxes of Black Cloud BBB, never used the stuff before but wanted to know if I can shoot it without causing damage to the gun or me? I've heard mixed reviews on Black Cloud so figured someone on here might know the answer.

Modified is ok to shoot Black Cloud, but best thing to do is to get some paper and shoot some patterns with different chokes to see which works best at 30 yards! I use an improved cylinder choke for Black Cloud and it patterns great!
