muskiemanAD
For my 3 year anniversary tonight I am doing a low country boil. I have never did one but did some reading online about what to do. I really want to try this small prtion one first and see how it turns out and tweak whatever I need to to make it again this fall. Anyone ever do one of these, if so any pointers? We are going to do red potatoes, onions, corn, carrots, sausage, shrimp with old bay seasoning. Should be good!

muskiemanAD
Well it ended up being delicious. It had a good kick but wasn't to hot. Will be something that I make again in the future probably some Sunday while watching football.
