Blue Earch County allowing ATV's on county roads

I think this is awesome, but i've read the ordinance and i'm curious if there is an age limit, i guess i'd assume you would have to be a licenced driver ? just curious if anyone knows how this works thanks Rick

I haven't read the ordinance so I'll go out on a limb and say a valid D.L. is needed. The one exception is if a portion of the road is part of a designated trail then the DNR regulations would apply. I'm not aware of any designated trails in Blue Earth County that would enter a roadway.

Nice to see but a little late for me since I sold my RZR because the reclassified it an an ATV and wouldn't be able to ride it like I could when it was classified as a UTV
