HEUY
Will be at a resort on N end of Osakis till Sat AM. Have a Son in Law who would really like to catch a Northern and a walleye. Fishing has been slow for me. Picked up some nice bluegills and 1 smaller northern. So far I have worked a 'Food Shelf' in 6 - 12 fow with cranks and spoons. Lindy rigged in various depths. Slip bobbered w/leeches. 3 way/bottom bouncer with night crawlers. Right now I am wide open to suggestions! I have fished past dark as in 9:30 or later.thanks you,Heuy
pushbutton
Really like something like a Perch or black Hot n Tot for that cloudy water. When I was last up, found smaller profiles worked WAY better. 13/14 ftish was sweet spot for a mixed bag. Was working the main lake bars breaks. For the north end try to find that weed line and work the deep edge top with shallow runners and just off the edges with divers ..... slide out a few ft if you can't get any....hard not to catch pike though. Try varying your speeds and see if one is preferred. Keep moving during the day and bobber up at dusk for the waldos.
