Making Homemade Hummus

Mrs. SkunkedAgain, Baby SkunkedAgain, and I stopped at the Crescent Moon after the Gopher/Purdue game on Saturday. I was expecting it be made with goat cheese, tahini sauce, and shaved lamb or something. Instead their pizzas seemed pretty normal. We got the spicy meat lovers that included Afghani beef, pepperoni, chicken, and lamb. It was darn good, especially the pizza sauce. The side sauce (green chili?) didn't do much for us, but some warmed up spaghetti sauce was great for dunking the crusts.

Huh, obviously missed this. Always get the the meat lovers too, the boss will sometimes want things like eggplant and spinach Soooo you really did not like the cilantro sauce? Hmmnnnn.....spent days trying to figure out how to make something comparable! Can give you my top secret recipe, but guess you might not want it
