another ? for the 06 F350

Long story short, We where using my truck to move a long bed trailer with scaffold set up on it alongside a pole building and the signal lens was busted... Does anyone know of a way to replace just the lens? Or am I stuck replacing the whole mirror assembly. If so, are the aftermarket mirror assemblies an OK choice? They are about half the money of OEM. Thanks!

yes the out side plastic CAN be replaced, VERY carefully, talk to the ford dealer for a price, if it color matched to the truck it may need to be painted. I cant describe to you how to do it on line, but I have done it before. Again talk to the parts people at ford.

thanks guys. I will check into it... its just the "rough" plastic, no color matching on it... its going in in the morning for them to check into it, and to check out why the 4x isn't locking in correctly.
