1997 Dutchman value

I am going to look at a 1997 Dutchman 31' travel trailer, not sure on model type. The unit has a living room slide out, 1 bedroom, ac, bath with shower, living room, etc.

I was wondering roughly what the unit is worth, if found in good condition?

I would do some searching a few of the sale sights and see what the asking price is for similar trailers. Asking price and selling price are 2 different animals.
