ducksnbucks
Hey All,Coming up in a few weeks I am having "Pork-A-Palooza 2012" where I am hoping to make a bunch of different foods that all include pork (preferably smoked)in one way or another. I already intend on making baby back ribs, pulled pork sanny's, and Armidillo Eggs but I am looking for any other creative ideas that I can do with pork. Thanks in advance for any ideas as they are greatly appreciated. Thanks, D&B
Leaky
We been talking about Porketta roasts on the Pasty thread. that might make a fine addition to Pork-A-Palooza. Can never go wrong with marinaded Pork Loins as well.

Gordie
Deep fried pork chops MMMMMMMM use shore lunch or shake and bake dry rub on them and deep fry. They turn out so tender and juicy.

thirdeye
You could smoke a butt the day before and just reheat in foil, this way you would have one meat in the wings so to speak.... leaving your cooker available for other things.
