Bear55
I went and bought a couple 6 packs of Muzzys just in case. Rage heads are stupid expensive, I hope they don't take Muzzy down that path.

Bear55
Check out the Rage Chisel tip its one "bad to the Bone expandable" I shot Rage for a few years, really liked them but got scared when one didn't open on a doe. She didn't last long because of shot placement but it made be nervous about using the heads.
deerminator
I have 3 blade Muzzys and 2 blade Rages. I like both. I don't get it, though? So the company that makes Rages was already named Muzzy and now they bought Muzzy? I work in PR and Communications and that release is confusing to me. Maybe its just family members or friends transferring ownership rights?
PropsterII
The first name mentioned (Muzzy Outdoors) has either got to be a typo (s/b Feradyne Outdoors) or Feradyne added a layer called Muzzy Outdoors in preparation of, or once they acquired, Muzzy Products. I agree, confusing. More hunting time for Michelle

The Tip is way better now and the hex screw makes changing out the blades a breeze compared to the old push pin. I'll give you one and let you try it if you want to
Boar
I bought a set of the new chisle tip rage for bear pretty excited to tip my x-bow with them. Went to their web site an saw they had a head for x-bow with a cut on contact tip, not sure about those for a heavily mucled boned bear, sen to many picture of a cut on contact tip bent after the shot. this new chisle tip looks great to crush thru ribs. Finlander
Keep them Rage broadheads! Murphy's Law doesn't need any help with a failed mechanical broadhead! Every deer I shot with Muzzy's went into the freezer!
