Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I have some grease in buckets with lids from last year, is it still good, smells fine but? Would be better if I got new stuff, how much of your stuff do you use from previous years?

Thanks

Funny you should ask that question. We were just cleaning out our shed and we had ten 5 gallon buckets with lids that had about 5 inches of restaurant oil in them after we poured some out last season. We opened them up and they were filled to the top with mold and smelled horrible. We decided to burn them in our big brush pile and get new pails.

With that being said.......if yours smell fine and don't have a ton of fuzzy mold on them I think they would work just fine.
