I stopped at the CUB in Edina and they had their bulk bacon on sale for $2.69/lb. Couldn't pass up that price. They also had Hormel Black Label on sale for either $6 or $7 for two packages.

I got a tri tip roast and some ribs for the smoker. I also have some uncooked brats that I'm going to throw on the smoker for fun. Might wrap one in bacon and see what happens.
