Brush style mudflap brushs?

A year ago or so somebody had posted about a place where you could buy the brushes to make your own Brush style mudflap. I cannot locate that post does anybody remember what the name of that store or where that post might have been. Similar to a towtechor mud flap. The rubber one I have isn't cutting it and I want to make one to put my own style on it.
