Should a guy put some type of clear finish on a Ice Castle Cedar interior? Will that nice Cedar smell go away? Any tips or product recomendations would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

Some but you want to protect it and it will still have some. I use a Sparr Urethane Minnewax makes one that is decent. There is too much moisture inside a fish house to not protect it. This will put a nice natural finish on the wood.
