Ive been shooting bow since I was 15 and have destroyed a lot of knocks over the years but this is a first...too bad arrows cost about $15 EACH!Well dead bear anyway smile Now the waiting game begins to see if we get drawn anybody know when we can check results, I know yesterday was the deadline to apply...wasnt it end of may last year??

Lol thanks boar, first time pulled bow out this season going to shoot every night or every other until bear or deer opens depending on if I get drawn...Got some heavier arrows to use for bear really helped penetration seemed like was getting 6+ inchess, on the foam target at least. Decided on grim reaper broad heads heard nothing but good things about and they flew nice. Rage just seemed like issue waiting to happen with the dam o ring and don't seem as strong. Now just need to get drawn and do some scouting...oh and get more bait smile

glad to hear ya went with heavier arrows, last thing ya want is arrow failer after all that prep an practice, any way ya practice from eelevated stand? good luck jay. Boar
