Water Falls

Here is one of my favorite shots from my hiking trip to Wisconson last year. This is Horseshoe Falls. Hard to beleive that this waterfall is over 95' wide.

Looks like a pretty spot to just sit and listen to the sounds of nature.

Ya very pretty, A long long hike if I remember correctly, but that allowed for a pretty quiet afternoon along the river.

Looks a lot like Potato falls, nice shot. Would it be asking to much to ask for the location? Heading for Michigan in June and plan on shooting a few falls along the way.

Jim, This picture is taken just south of the Copper Falls State Park in Northern Wisconson, South east of Bayfield. You can pretty much drive up to the falls. From the parking lot, it is maybe a 1/2 mile or less hike to the bottom of the falls, Bring some waders if you dont want to get to wet to get there, I got pretty wet, and my soaked shoes made for a pretty miserable hike back up the really big hill. there are 2 falls here, one is not to bad to get to though. I would also recomend all the falls Copper Falls state park as well. There were reportadly about 65 waterfalls within an hour of each other. here are some more.
