Any body use pigs?

Anybody use pigs, pig jrs, piglets, or any other odyssey lure? I have two pigs cought a few pike last year. What do you people think? Good? No good?

i have one but havent used it at all so i dont know how it is but you would think it would be a good lure.

I pretty much just use pigs on the grill! Prefer the tenderloins,but ribs and chops do well also.

Older Pigs sucked until you messed with them a bit by adding some weight, cutting the Mauw to look like a reefhawg and then learning what each bait did?
I must have 24 of them.

The only Odyssey lure I have had any success with is the "Skitter Critter".
The "Sloppee Pig" can be worked in places where few other lure can be, but I don't really like the action of the lure at all.

They are good lures and they do work, but I find there are others that work better. Don't throw them away, just move them to your box of lures that come out when nothing else is working -- they just might surprise you! ;-)

I will give the PIG the thumbs up! I too found you need to mess with them. I have added lips to some and weight to others, my luck has improved when I started doing that. I have spent time with Bob M. and of course he believes in them, but he also alters their look and swimming action. My best one has at first seemed to be the worst swimming action but it produces fish. Keep trying, they will work!

Chartruse, white belly and black dots, my favorite. My second choice is walleye. Either shallow diving or deep diver. No luck on surface baits. Both colors work for me. The walleye deep diver produced a 28.5 inch walleye while casting weedlines.
