Early birds!!!

Had a guy at work tell me today he saw a pair of honkers with eight goslings on a slough north of Slayton on Easter Sunday (4-8). That's a good 3-4 weeks earlier than normal. Anybody else seeing anything?

I saw about four pairs of geese on a lake by Harris but i didn't see any goslings. Lots of geese flying north too.

We have a pair of buddies in a small pond across the road from my place that have been there for three weeks now . I hope they stick around but Im pretty sure they will head north sometime soon.

Saw the first hatches of goslings last week (April 4)in

South Central, MN.

Saw three different pairs with babies that day. Many more now.

Earliest I've ever seen.
