East Okoboji...white/yellow bass

just wondering if anyone knew of any spots to fish these guys...not looking for your honeyhole...just wanted to get pushed in the right direction...any help is appreciated. thanks in advance.

I don't fish East much but we got into Whites last Sunday on West, put about 150 in the boat in less than 3 hours between 2 of us... bring your boat I'll show you around.....

i always found them on the north end of the lake, near the spillway. the spillway itself fills up with whites, but the shorelines get pretty crowded with anglers.

No current this year so making things interesting...We caught all of ours in open water...

thanks fellas...will try out the spillway area. no boat so very limited to where i can go. again thank for the info....is the spillway connecting east to spirit? newbie to the area sorry for dumb questions..

Out again this afternoon 40-50 whites and several snot rockets, all from 8-10' of water....

How are the water temps in the shallows? Any large mouth moving up to spawn in the west lake channels? How about the smallie bite? Any info would be awesome. I am headed down there in a week and hoping to put a few of the green or bronze fish in the boat.

Water temp was 48-50 tonight on West, 2 small smallies, 4 small green carp, dozen or so snot rockets and 2 silver pike, one dink other about 32"
