Few from the woods

I got a chance to take a walk in the woods today. There wasn't much to shoot, but it won't be long.

This is my first chance at a Brown Creeper.

A Scarlet Elf Cup

Anyone know what kind of bush this is? I found it on a wooded dry hillside. None were more than 8 feet in height.

Those brown creepers are tough to spot. love the last one.

I don't have my plant book in front of me, not sure what you have there. It has been perfect weather for walking and seeing all the spring activity coming alive.
