If the plate says its rated for 15hp, your good to go. I have a 14 foot Lund fiberglass john boat that's rated for 25hp. Usually a model number such as 14-5 would mean it's 14.5 feet long but there are many exceptions to this. If you got 13'8" from a model 14 boat, you shouldn't of put it in the dryer grin

I looked on the Meyer Boat HSOforum and it is less than helpful.

yes i should have have taken it out of the dryer sooner but i forgot and left it. hee hee thats funny right there. there web site was not very usefull i just need to know what to call it for registration its older and has no serial# thanks again
