Boar Posted March 3, 2012 Share Posted March 3, 2012 Getting my crossbow this weekend, an was wondering what kinda surgical steele to put on the end, I hunt bear an can figure that out but are there heads just for crossbows or will traditional vertical bow heads work? DonBo Posted March 3, 2012 Share Posted March 3, 2012 Probably any head on the market will work, but xbows are made for mechanicals IMO. Mechanicals work best with heavy, fast arrows and that's exactly what you have.
