franks rv and ultra shack auction?

I hear that Franks is having an auction on march 11th. does any one know if its just parts or full houses going on the block?

Did a search and found AAA auction advertsing a inventory and tool auction.

Friend just asked me today how Franks health was doing and Ultra Shack.

Both have bought houses from him in the past.

Ultra Shack going down ?

I did some looking after I posted and found AAA site. Looks like its mostly parts and shop equipment with some items being offered online for pre-bid.

Hopefully they don't go out of business. My dad has one of there house's and has had it for about ten years. They love it very well built house's.

There store front in up by elk river is closed the gates are locked every time i drive by with a sale sign out front.

I called about two months ago when I seen the sign out in front of their building, inquiring about the purchase price of the business. The woman who answered the phone said it was just the buildings on the property that were for sale or lease, I again asked her if Ultra Shack itself was for sale and she said no.
