selling furs

Anyone know where I can sell a fox, coyote, or coon near the north metro? Preferably the whole animal, I don't care much what I would get for it, just wouldn't want it to go to waste.

North Star Furs near Big Marine Lake. I've taken some to them the last couple years and I felt they treated me fair. Their number is

651-433-2803. The only others I know of are in Roberts, Wisconsin and Danbury, Wisconin.

There is 2 fur buyers near Willmar, I bring my fur I sell out to them. What have you got for fox any greys?

Got my first grey last night! My snares are set up for coyote, but I got a cute little grey instead. I have a coyote infestation, so I am trying to take them out. They keep attacking my dog. He has been lucky so far but it is just a matter of time. My neighbor saw 7 of them at once a few nights ago. Also got a possum in the 220. I built the snares myself, so I am pretty proud of myself.

There is also Cumberland just north of Owatonna. They take whole critters. Also seem pretty fair on prices. My buddy and myself have brought many racoons though there over the years.

Sure was. Private land and I even put up signs to warn a tresspasser. I also tip the trap and put the lid on the buckets from dawn till dusk.

probably not going to catch much with a lid on your bucket... and if you are constantly touching the set area you are leaving scent behind that will discourage critters from coming too close... just some hints you may or may not want to consider...

The possum probably won't care and the coyotes would have to be really dumb ones to get caught in a bucket. Was the fur still good on the fox? I saw a coyote that looked bad but I think he had mange, no hair on the tail.

Lid is on just during the day in case any tresspassers get near it. I would prefer to keep it out Ar all times but worry about dogs. The fur wad good and dropped it off today.
