Jackpine Rob
I stopped by the Customer Service in Big Lake to have my auger looked at, fully expecting to be leaving it there for fixing/adjustment for days if not weeks. The fellow took my auger in the back room, made a few adjustments, fired it up, and I was walking out the door 10 minutes later a surprised and happy fisherman. Even better - no charge for the adjustments. They've got themselves a long-term customer!

Scott M
Pretty typical. They set the gold standard for customer service. I sent an email with an R&D idea/question last week, and they autoreplied that they get a lot of emails during the winter so don't expect anything for 24 hours. (My expectations were to hear from them within a week! ) Well, about 6 hours later a tech person calls and leaves me a voicemail. I've experienced enough great customer service, seen enough good service while there, and heard enough good things that as long as I live within two hours of Big Lake and that place stays open, they have my business. And I just moved onto a Solo so that gives me piece of mind. For the record, the reason Ive been in there in the past wasn't for service, I just wanted them to change out my blades - they give you the best rate, and they usually have good tips and can examine pitch and other tweaks that I can't. Great Minnesota Company.
