Help me help a fellow fisherman.

A older guy Ive gotten to be buddies with this year on the ice and I got to talking today about our favorite jigs. He had told me that this jig has been out of production for a while (he thought it was made in Sweeden?) and he's done everything he could to try to find it. Im not sure if he's up on the whole internet thing (again he's older) so I thought Id ask here..

He showed me one of the jigs he had that had a broke hook on it but he kept it for reference. It was a flat piece of lead shaped like a bear claw. The unique part was the line went through the middle of the bear claw and then tied on the the upper part of the hook on the bottom side.

Anyone know of anything like this or where I might be able to pick some up? Id really like to surprise him with a few and how he can keep a supply of them.
