Skate with the Gophers

Hey all,

I see skate with the Gophers is this Saturday and am wondering if anyone has ever been to it? My almost 3-year-old son just learned to skate over the past couple of weeks so I'm thinking about taking him to it. Is it usually packed out on the ice? What is it like for the little ones?

I've never been but I am sure it gets a little busy, but I am equally sure your kid would have a blast. Got my 3 year old working the blades too.

I've been at Skate With The Gophers the past couple years. Very fun atmosphere for the little ones. The rink can at times get a little busy but if you come in the beginning or toward the end it is great. Even during the busy times though there is plenty of space and you don't need to worry about your 3yr old getting run down especially if you are right with him. I would recommend it.

Its a fun time and safe for a 3yr old. It gets busy but a good time for any age.
