New to Ice Fishing - Rental Needed

My friend and I are looking to do some Ice Fishing next Saturday. We have basic fishing knowledge and want to do an overnight rental (sleep in house). I am looking for recommendations for around the metro in addition to Mille Lacs of the best fish house rental company. Any help is much appreciated.

Go up to Mille Lacs the last week or so of the walleye season....... perch fishing out of Appledorns. Great resort, nice clean houses, they are usually on them at that time, not as many people chasing them yet, and if you get lucky enough to be there on one of those crazy fun bites, you will be waiting all spring, summer, and fall to get back on the ice.....

Last year I was in the same position as you, I was new to ice fishing and thought a rental would be a great way to start.

For my birthday, my girlfriend rented us an ice house and we spent a weekend up at Mille Lacs.

We used Appledorns and had a wonderful experience. We caught perch and a few walleyes. Feel free to ask 'em for fishing advice, good times to book for good fishing etc.

I'd definitely recommend renting a flasher or camera if you don't have one of your own/don't know anyone to borrow one from. I have lots of fun even just watching the graph on a flasher, it's always more interesting to know if there's even a fish anywhere near your lure.
