trolling for monster pike?

ive heard about trolling for monsters but never tried any tips speed lures location help!!!!!!!

I would start by trolling weedbeds. Put on some berkly fireline and a rapala. Try different speeds until you find out whats workin. I hope this helps you a bit and if you have any more questions just ask.

In October, after most lakes have turned over and big pike have come shallow after the heat of summer, spinnerbaits tipped with suckers trolled slow through old weedbeds and over rocks work quite nicely. We've raised some big ole pike that way. Big Rapalas work really well too, but they sure like that fresh meat.

In summer, I use those old-fashioned metal spoonplugs sometimes to troll down deep where the water's cool.
