Skirting camper coversion fish house

I converted a utility trailer into a fish house last year. Along with the hole sleeves, I plan on cutting some tarps up and hanging them off of hooks around the outside of the trailer. Chain on the bottom of the skirt will keep it anchored. I've also seen painting tarps used as well as strips of plywood cut to fit.

Last weekend due to no snow for banking, I took an old tarp and cut it about 2 feet by 8 feet and stapled it to the bottom edge of the house, then found some snow and scooped it in my otter sled and dumped it on the tarp and spread it out so it would seal the bottom edge preventing the wind from blowing in the holes! Worked great!

I've got rubber roof skirting on my wheel house. I lined the perimeter of the house as well as all the holes. No issues going down the road. Only issue is if I bank with wet slush, I need to kick around the rubber perimeter and the holes a bit to free up the rubber before cranking up. I have had some of the rubber rip from the house if I failed to do this, but then again, mine is screwed on every 12 inches just below the siding. If I had used metal or wood strap and screwed that down over the rubber, I'm confident I wouldn't have any issues. The stuff is pretty darn tough.
