Looking for guide or somebody to fish with on lake Winnipeg

I am coming up to Winnipeg over Xmas weekend, was thinking about fishing on lake Winnipeg on Monday or Tuesday. I have all the equipment needed to ice fish. I wouldn't mind Paying a reasonably priced guide up there. Can someone tell me where can I find some guide? Domt know the area so any help would be appreciated Thanks.

Christmas weekend & a "reasonably priced guide"... plus, I'm guessing you've got nothing booked. Let me know how your "plan" works out .

If it was me and that was my "plan", I'd just surf all the forums & get my info, including maps, and follow all the other guys out there ... but that's just me .

I know what you are saying, but I was going to Winnipeg regardless and thought I could stay day or two longer and may be fish there. Since I have family up there so I am not paying to stay there. Anyway if I couldn't find any one, I won't have hurt my feeling. I am just trying to see if I can add some fishing to my trip. If not I'll have to plan for something in next few months. I go up there frequently.
