Im open to reasonable offers. Must go to make room for new Otter Thermal Lodge. I will meet buyer part way if from out of town. Make me a offer folks this is a great house at a great price. Everything you need to get out on the ice and stay warm and comfy. I guess I would even put it together if it was a deal breaker.
