eyeguy 54 Posted November 6, 2011 Share Posted November 6, 2011 Tried a new mix and I really like it.8 pounds venny for grinding.2 pounds pork shoulder butt.1 pound 80-20 hamburger.Course ground it all first then thru the 1/8 incher.
