roosting question?

I have seen a about 7 birds, toms and hens coming into a smaller oak grove that I am bow hunting. In the last couple weeks I have seen them about 5 times in the same 50 sq. Yards hoping in trees and roosting. Today I went and bought a surplus permit for the zone and went into the area .... And sat all evening ... And they wernt there. Hahahaha of course. My question being, will these same birds roost in the same area for a long time of move around quite a bit? I plan on hunting the rest of the season for them and any help would be great!

They will probably return soon. My plan for hunting an area like that is, bowhunt it in the evening like you've been doing, then when you KNOW they are roosted there go in for a morning hunt.
