CrappieJohn
I went to the Miss.River backwaters for an hour late in the afternoon yesterday...walked out , drilled a couple holes. I sat down and was clearing one of the holes when a MINK came zinging out of it and ran across the ice. Almost had a stroke. Last year in the shack I had a muskrat come up a hole, but never came out on the ice. Just goes to show you never know what lurks just under your rump, eh? ------------------Sure life happens- why wait....The Crapster....good fishing guys![email protected]
Matt Johnson
LOL, it could have been worse, it could have grabbed a hold of your line and then you might not have realized until you went to lip it I think that would make me jump a little too. SpikeRoberts
A good whack with the ice scooper and you could have had a nice pair of mink mittens
rubber duck
Is it legal to take a mink with an ice skimmer or would that be considered self defence!!!!!
Matt Breuer
A muskrat actually tried building a little house in our permanent last winter. There were stick and dump everywhere. ------------------Matthew J. BreuerNorthcountry Guide Service[email protected]
