Garage door opener remote - not working right when colder

Last fall my garage door remotes stopped working unless you stood in front of the door. I originally thought bad batteries and replaced them. Still no good unless real close. When spring turned to summer, the remotes would work from a half block away - and did so all summer. Now when we get the colder weather recently, the remotes all stopped working except when standing right in front of the door. Any ideas on what to check? I have 4 remotes, all different brands and the garage door opener is a Lift-Master.

Thank you

All signs point to something with the opener. I wouldn't think it would cause a problem, but does this unit have a battery backup? That battery could be going bad and dropping the voltage to the unit. Otherwise I would just check all your connections and make sure you're getting proper voltage to everything.
